Li Gourmandise da Mare Grousa

When evening falls and the lights begin to glow along the streets of Quincod, “Li Gourmandises da Mare Grousa” takes you on a journey through time and flavours. From 7:00 pm until late into the night, the historic centre comes alive with the reenactment of traditional crafts: timeless gestures, familiar aromas and stories passed down through generations, accompanied by traditional songs and music.

As you stroll through the village, follow a gourmet route that celebrates traditional cuisine: from hearty soups to fresh cream and the ever-present apple fritters, in a sequence of flavours alternating sweet and savoury, all prepared with local ingredients and in keeping with long-standing traditions.

The evening continues with music and dancing, thanks to the Marco & Simon orchestra, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the warm and convivial atmosphere of a village festival.
