Monterosa Gourmand
The next edition of Monterosa Gourmand is approaching, the event that brings together street food and show cooking. The format is based on tastings: tokens are purchased at the entrance and then, free from worries, you can immerse yourself in the world of mountain flavours. Live music and a market enrich the day.
On Sunday 30 August, a selection of chefs and producers from Aosta Valley will present dishes prepared with local ingredients in Champoluc, at the foot of Monte Rosa. Champoluc becomes the destination for an unforgettable journey through the flavours and zero-kilometre products of the Ayas Valley.
Monterosa Gourmand is also an opportunity to meet producers and artisans with their products, turning Champoluc into an open-air food and wine route for a day.
