Gastronomic triangle: Valle d'Aosta - Abruzzo - Emilia Romagna
The Abruzzo - Emilia Romagna - Valle d’Aosta Food and Wine Triangle is back in Valpelline.
The residents of Valpelline, Lucoli and Mirandola, who first came together while organizing aid in response to natural disasters and have built a strong friendship over time, meet again for this gastronomic event showcasing the typical specialties of their territories.
The event was created to share the exquisite culinary traditions of these three Italian regions, each presenting its own traditional dishes.
Valle d’Aosta offers the Seupa à la Vapelenentse, a delicious oven-baked soup made with bread and Fontina cheese.
Take advantage of the event to enjoy a walk around the village or to visit the Fontina Museum.
