During the whole event, there is a well-stocked buvette by the Pro Loco where to buy wine, soft drinks and coffee.
The festival retraces the paths of homemade gastronomy, offering a "humble" but tasty dish, on a day dedicated to taste and music.
The typical Piedmontese dish (which has become part of Valtournenche's summer tradition), based on different cuts of meat boiled in salted water, is accompanied by boiled potatoes.
