The restaurant was opened in 1996 by the Ouvrier family and realised in such a way to reflect and preserve the traditions of the family’s homeland: Cogne and the mountains of the Aosta Valley. In 2011 the building was renovated allowing the creation of 6 bedrooms which have been furnished and decorated in full respect of local tradition. This warm and inviting hotel is really worth a visit: it is rich in details that testify to a history lived in depth every day, and enriched by the beautiful works of the artist Dorino Ouvrier which shine forth from every wall and corner.
