Guided trips and visits: Perloz

The municipality of Perloz organizes a guided hike on the special occasion of the flowering of the “peonia officinalis”. Loop itinerary. In the first part of the hike you climb along mule tracks that cross the flowering pastures of the area. On the contrary, the itinerary followed for the descent, crosses a marvellous larch and fir forest. Once you have reached the top of the mountain, you can admire a spectacular flowering of rare Wild Peonies. This place is a real paradise for nature photography enthusiasts. During the descent you can visit the interesting eco-museum Ecole d’Autrefois in Marine.  At the end of the hike there is the possibility of a delicious tasting based on local products at the restaurant Mansio 1695, in Perloz.
