The wellness centre is equipped with every comfort. It has an indoor and
outdoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Hammam, massages and treatments, relaxation area, emotional-therapy showers with colour-therapy, herbal infusions and buffet, solarium with sunbeds. The restaurant and brasserie are always open for lunch and evening meal.
Opening times: every day from 10am to 8pm, with the opportunity for exclusive use from 8pm to 12am.

Accessibility: the structure is not accessible to people with motor disabilities in wheelchair.

The office is open all year round

The Aosta Tourist Office is located in the historic centre, in the pedestrian area and is inserted in one of the main monuments of the Roman era, the Porta Praetoria, a necessary passage for those visiting the city. The most convenient car park is in Piazza Plouves, 100 metres away, which is paid for from Monday to Saturday. The office is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible for pushchairs and buggies. It is open non-stop every day of the week including holidays and, in addition to providing information on the entire region, offers the following services:

• Sale of tickets for castles and archeological sites
• Sale of tickets for Bard Fortress
• Sale and reservation for the funicular Skyway Monte Bianco
• Sale of the touristic card Aosta Valley Card
• Sale and renewal of Piemonte/Lombardia+Aosta Valley Museum Passes
• Sale of hiking maps of the Aosta Valley and gadgets with the tourist logo
• Sale of Via Francigena and Cammino Balteo guides (stamps for credits)
• Reservation of workshops and organised activities
• Offers and booking of hotel accommodation through the Booking Valle d'Aosta portal.
