Les Fleurs d’Aquilou restaurant in Sarre is located at 1650 metres in the village of Thouraz, in a panoramic position with a splendid view. The cuisine is typical of Aosta Valley and spontaneous and cultivated products are used.
For as long as 40 years, "Trattoria di Campagna" has offered dishes based on typical regional products, but not only ; it also offers, based on seasonal availability, porcini mushrooms, truffles, asparagus, recipes such as bagna cauda and boiled meat.
