The live concerts of Chamoisic 2022 are back - Other music at high altitude - Jazz and Research Music Festival involving various Aosta Valley municipalities in opening concerts before going up to Chamois for a splendid full immersion in music and theater for three consecutive days.

Also this year the collaboration with the Municipality of Valtournenche is renewed.

_Ernst Reijseger, cellist, composer and performer, is one of the most important figures of the contemporary music scene; the artist sings through his cello, the instrument becomes part of his body, giving life to works full of high musicality, beauty, pure elegance and sensitivity. Constantly driven to the search for new languages ​​and expressions, Reijseger has collaborated with countless great artists, including: Yo Yo Ma, Nana Vasconcelos, Giovanni Sollima, Han Bennink, Trilok Gurtu, Uri Caine and others. His ten-year collaboration with the famous German director Werner Herzog is of great importance and absolute artistic value. Reijseger composed the soundtracks of numerous films for the director of “Fitzcarraldo”. For over 30 years Ernst Reijseger has continued to play with many famous musicians in different and exciting combinations, but he also manages to find the time to teach the cello to children and perform solo concerts.
