- 9:30 AM - Registration for the fixed-pairs petanque competition with starting pool
- 10:00 AM - Competition begins
- 12:30 PM - Restaurant opens with table service. Menu: tartiflette, gnocchi, shank, scallops, and fries.
- 2:30 PM - Baraonda belotte competition
- 7:00 PM - Restaurant opens with table service. Potato-based menu.
- 9:30 PM - Evening with "Le Nostre Valli," celebrating its thirtieth anniversary. Elisa Pisotti and Giorgia Foti will be present. Admission is €10.
Sunday, August 31
- 10:30 AM - Holy Mass
- 12:30 PM - Restaurant opens with table service. Set menu featuring the traditional "Sorsa d'Allein."
- 3:00 PM - Pétanque competition, "Trofeo Fëta di Trifolle"
- 3:30 PM - Afternoon dance with the "Marco and Simon Band"; children's games
- 7:00 PM - Restaurant opens with table service. Potato-based menu.

This festival gives you the opportunity to taste culinary delights made from potatoes, including the delicacy Sorsa di Allein: a first course that obviously, as well as the potatoes, is cooked with stock, beans, green beans, carrots, pears, apples and black bread.
