Cantine Gourmet is the original and tasty weekend, in the heart of the Gran Paradiso tourist area, dedicated to gourmet tourists who can discover the best Aosta Valley winemaking tradition and the genuine flavours of the dishes of the Cogne culture, combined with moments of music, tradition and folklore.

A weekend dedicated to taste and hospitality

Friday

A tasting tour featuring fragrant local wines and tasty typical dishes that give life to delicious combinations for a journey through flavours.

Various typical restaurants, located between the center of the town of Cogne and the village of Crétaz, host the wine producers and offer the best DOC labels of the Aosta Valley accompanied by dishes of the authentic "Cogneintse" tradition, from Soça to Favò, without excluding cured meats and dairy products, expertly paired with wines by the chef-restaurateurs.

The food and wine tour can be done on foot, walking with a view of the Gran Paradiso massif, or with the fun “Wine-express” little train.

Saturday

Farm tour. During the day, guided visits to the farms in the Cogne area are organized with tastings of dairy products paired with Aosta Valley beers.

Sunday

Starred secrets and biodiversity in the kitchen: recipes for creative and tasty dishes with seasonal products from a short supply chain.

On Saturday and Sunday, for lunch and dinner, come and taste the themed menus, created for the occasion by the restaurants in Cogne participating in the initiative. Tasty proposals and typical specialties paired with Aosta Valley labels!
