Being it has always represented the meeting point of the inhabitants of the village and of the many vacationers, it also allows you to enjoy exclusive aperitifs and sip fine wines from the wide range of the local Val d’Aosta production and consumed in the various scenic environments of the hotel; it is an ideal place where you can spend pleasant evenings as well, accompanied by background music after dinner.

The restaurant is cozy and elegantly furnished, with large windows giving views of the peaks of the “Tre Dame” (Three Ladies) of Challant. It proposes cuisine with local specialties and a refined cuisine characterised by the rich, greatly varied and meticulously prepared Italian tradition: from the choice of the raw materials to the presentation of the dishes with special attention paid to the use of the countless typical products of the area.
