The "Al Maniero" restaurant offers a wide selection of traditional Val d'Aosta dishes which vary according to the season and in summer the vegetables are picked in the family's garden.

Come off the motorway at Verrès: turn right at the roundabout and go straight on for about 2 kms; turn right again at the roundabout following the signs for Issogne; cross the bridge over the Dora Baltea and make your way uphill; continue on for about 400 metres until you see the “Al Maniero” sign on your left; go straight on for about another 100 metres and you can see the restaurant on your left.
