The guesthouse is a brand new renovation of an old mountain home from the early 19th century, with particular attention to the reuse of the original material (stone) and the use of bio-architectural techniques. The house is located on the edge of a woods, it is in a peaceful area immersed in greenery and surrounded by nature.
The 6 rooms are all double with private bathrooms, furnished with handcrafted wooden furniture, very comfortable.
The management of the facility is based on eco-compatibility: energy saving, environmental impact, water and waste management are all carefully attended to.
The central location, not far from Aosta and Pila, allows you to reach the ski and downhill resorts of Pila but also Courmayeur, La Thuile, the Cogne Valley, the Rhêmes Valley, the Valsavarenche, the Valgrisenche and Cervinia.
I Picchi is the ideal place for a holiday full of nature, mountains, history, but also art, culture and food and wine.

Uscita autostradale Aosta Est. Seguire per Aosta e percorrere la strada a grande circolazione. Al 3° semaforo (indicazione turistica Pila) voltare a sinistra e raggiungere la rotonda in corrispondenza del sottopasso dell’autostrada, proseguire dritto per Pollein oltrepassando il ponte e raggiungendo una seconda rotonda. Qui svoltare a destra, attraversare Pollein e raggiungere dopo pochi chilometri ancora una rotonda da dove, volgendo a destra si imbocca la strada per Gressan. Giunti nell’abitato, alla rotonda nei pressi del Municipio svoltare a sinistra e proseguire quindi per Pila, dopo 6.2 km si raggiunge l’affittacamere posizionato in corrispondenza del tornante, sulla sinistra di chi sale verso Pila, in frazione Leysettaz 5.

La stazione ferroviaria più vicina si trova ad Aosta. E’ possibile raggiungere la struttura con linea extraurbana Aosta – Pila. La fermata è in fraz. Champlan, poco prima del km 6 della SR.
