The residence is located in Saint-Vincent, in the heart of Valle d’ Aosta, at 575 meters above sea level. Fifteen housing units, bed-sitters and two-roomed flats, all with a view of our wonderful mountains. We are in the center of the village, a few steps away from the historic town center, the Casino de la Vallée, and the new Spas. Our guests also have the opportunity to use our cafe, directly connected to the Residence, for breakfast or a snack.

Châtillon - Saint-Vincent motorway exit. Turn right at the traffic lights at the junction immediately after the Chatillon - Saint-Vincent, A5 exit, and continue straight ahead towards the centre of Saint-Vincent.
At the junction opposite the Casino (200 m into Viale Piemonte), turn left and carry on towards the centre as far as Piazza Zerbion: the facility is on the right.

The nearest railway station is in Châtillon.
The facility can be reached via the urban line (departures coincide with train arrivals).
