The restaurant is located in an old stable from the 1600s in the Relais "Les Plaisirs d’Antan", in a refined setting but with strong references to rural activities of the area and offers a menu of the Alps - some typical dishes of Aosta Valley tradition, but also from Piedmont, from Swiss Valais and from French Savoie, with a selection of soups and dishes prepared with zero km products, local vegetables and herbs.
Pizzas are made with doughs produced with top quality wheat flour, with toasted soy flour and semolina and the addition of linseed, millet and sesame. The result is a highly digestible pizza with a unique taste. Avalon also offers white pizzas to the most demanding palates with the delicate taste of porcini mushrooms, asparagus, artichoke, parmesan.
Dessert pizzas are a good option, because the excellent pizza dough adapts to the most varied tastes.
Mont Rosset is a family-run livestock farm, located in Montrosset, Jovençan, in a panoramic spot, outside the village. The wooden and stone building has been renovated without altering the original features. In the restaurant it is possible to taste typical dishes of the local tradition prepared mainly with the products of the farm.
