The Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience is a fixed event dedicated to food and wine and high-level cuisine created by Heston Blumenthal and Momentum Ski which takes place on the slopes of Courmayeur.
Over the years it has involved some of the UK's best Michelin starred chefs including Heston Blumenthal himself, Tom Kerridge, Paul Ainsworth, Clare Smyth, Claude Bosi, Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing, Sat Bains, Jonny Lake and Jean-Philippe Blondet.
This year the stars of the Gourmet Ski Experience will be Jean-Philippe Blondet, 3* Michelin, at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London accompanied by Claude Bosi, 2* Michelin at Bibendum in London. You can taste their dishes at the restaurants on the ski slopes Les Dames Anglaises and Rifugio Maison Vieille accessible even to non-skiers.
