Non solo Show cooking takes place in various locations in the region with the aim of promoting excellent local products through the art and spectacle of cooking. During the show, the Chef will prepare dishes with local ingredients, using in particular the four DOP products, which will then be offered for tasting to the public in combination with Aosta Valley wines.
