From the windows of the main façade, the view stretches from the Gamba di Châtillon castle to the Montjovet castle, while from the rear terrace you can admire the peaks around Mount Zerbion, topped by the statue of the Madonna.
Guests can use the large car park near the entrance. The property is surrounded by a beautiful park, where you can stroll or relax in the shade of large trees. 
The holiday home is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible internally by stairs or lift. Guests can stay in large, spacious and bright rooms with en-suite bathrooms, either double or single. Meals are served in the dining room adjacent to the rooms.
The house is 650 metres from the centre of Saint Vincent, 700 metres from the Casino and 950 metres from the thermal baths (3 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot).
