The hotel restaurant stands out for its excellent cuisine, based on the experinece of its chefs, native to Aosta Valley. They highlight it making it truly an art, you can enjoy, to accompany the tasting of regional wines from our cellar, so as to satisfy all the palates simple or refined.
All this is retrievable in the restaurant, comfortably seated in a rustic setting that reflects the style of the Valley, chairs, walls and ceilings decorated and inlaid wood; it is warm and familiar, but at the same time it has a superior service.

Just off the trunk road for the Great St. Bernard Pass, on the Via Francigena, in a little village called Echevennoz, you will find the Trattoria Marietty, a typical mountain restaurant built in wood and local stone. Since the beginning of the 20th century, the Marietty family have kept the place going through thick and thin, offering a range of simple, tasty dishes. The wide variety of cured meats and cheeses take guests back to the days when salting was the only means of preserving food available, while a touch of modern innovation is evident in the first courses and the desserts, prepared especially by the younger generation of the family.
