• Le Rascard Salon et Terrasse with its 250 covers is a new concept dining room, located in the natural environment of the age-old park and connected to the building of the historic Grand Hôtel Billia by see-through walkways.

In the restaurant, located in front of the Town Hall, you can taste the renowned hams of the Aosta Valley:

• Jambon de Bosses - the highest araw ham in Europe
• jambon of St. Oyen - barbecued ham
  and other typical products of the region, including the fontina cheese and the lard of Arnad.

The restaurant suggests dishes of Aosta Valley’s tradition revisited in modern key, without forgetting the Italian cuisine, in an elegant and fancy atmosphere.
