At the gates of the municipality of Antey-Saint-André, in the Cervino valley, the restaurant of the hotel Monte Cervino, a pension managed since 1971 by the Poletto family, offers dishes from the Valle d’Aosta as well as national cuisine* in a warm and cozy environment.
