The Restaurant of Hotel Maisonnette, situated in Chatrian, a hamlet located in the upper part of the village of Torgnon, is known for the quality and refinement of its dishes in a unique atmosphere; from its windows you can admire the view of Torgnon and the valley.
The completely-renovated restaurant with larch wood paneling and traditional stonework is managed directly by the owner, and chef Maurizio offers dishes of Valle d’Aosta, Piedmont as well as international cuisine combined with the best Valle d’Aosta and national wines.
The restaurant, during opening periods, offers a service of take-away dishes, the menu consists of 6 typical dishes of the Aosta Valley cuisine.
