The restaurant of the Hotel Mologna has a dining room typical of the mountain environment, with more than 100 seats. The traditional cuisine, prepared by the owner of the hotel, offers a wide variety of dishes and takes up the typical specialities of the Aosta Valley, accompanying them with a wide choice of wines.
