"Hermitage" is organized as a self-service and offers typical dishes of Aosta Valley cuisine (soups, polenta, meat, game and side dishes) as well as a rich buffet of cold appetizers and grilled vegetables. It also offers delicious sandwiches for quick snacks.
It is open only in the winter season and only for lunch service.  It is always closed in the evening, even on New Year's Eve.
