Located at the heart of Gressoney, Castore&Polluce offers good music, excellent dishes and drinks as well as a well-stocked wine cellar. In Tache square in Gressoney-La-Trinité, you can choose among three different environments: the terrace set in the beautiful square, the Castor Room, a typical alpine and young lounge where the bar is located, and the Polluce Room, a cozy and private dining room where the wines are set. A young and refined setting, open from 8.00am until late in the night, where you can enjoy a good espresso with homemade cakes, enjoy modern dishes, prepared with local products, or drink a tailor-made cocktail or a wine selected by a sommelier AIS among 250 labels.

Steak Tartare: knife cut raw beef with quail egg, mustard from Dijon, anchovies, capers, onions, brandy, Worcestershire sauce, tobacco, oil, salt and pepper.

Black Linguine (noodles) with cherry tomatoes, red crabs from Mazara del Vallo and burrata (cow milk cheese, whose outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside is made of cream).
